Ya, they look fine to me.So long as you don't snap the stock in half you're golden and if they haven't died yet you did good in my opinion...

Yours loom fine, but the best way to do it in my opinion and I've had some really great success, I role the stock in my fingers pretty tightly but not enough to break through the stock and let the fibers lose up between my fingers and then I lay it down to 90, and just to make sure I tie it gently to keep it there, everyone one ive done so far at the end of the crop they have a huge knot about the size of my thumb and it's hard and very thick. Yours are fine and you should be ok I never bend until they snap just role and crush lightly and let them lay naturally.

The way I do it , it usually doesn’t make a snapping noise. But you can feel when the branch gives out. I can’t tell if it is correct due to the tape but my rule of thumb is make a 90 and you often will have to hold them back from correcting themselves. Is the tape because you snapped the branches? If so that is too much . Some strains I have found the branch structure will not fold , only snap so it’s better to do LST with those ones. I had a mimosa champagne that would only snap so I stopped after two branches and LST with great results just an fyi
