Do I need to make some defoliation?

Hello Growers!
Internodes are very close between them and the leaves are lying on each other as you can notice in some of the latest pictures.
I decided to remove LST mechanism from few branches just to create some space.

Since this is your first auto grow I would keep to low stress training only. If you still want to defoliate keep it to 2 leaves at a time and give her time to recover between each mini defoliation.
P.S. Your leaves are very dark green, It usually means too much Nitrogen so try to fix that little by little.

Is too late now body just leave her how she is and lower the nitrogen feed...
Next time if you planning to defoliation do it when the plant is in veg or do it in flowering 2 to 4 weeks

I feel if your airflow is good it should be ok for now, It does look to be getting to much nitrogen as the leaves are very deep green, Might want to look into feeding them less N.
More LST and spreading the plant out more will increase the distance between leaves and make it easier for proper airflow to make it over them.

Cut back on your biogrow. You are using far to much for a plant that size.
An autoflower need less nutrients than a photo period plant & your leaves are nitrogen heavy.
Try LST or leaf tucking, I would not defoliate now you have gone into flower. Goodluck

Possible Over Watering. Can I get an experts look?My plants leaves are looking droopy and condensed. I am worried that I may be watering them too much. I water them with a gallon of water every 3 days with 3 teaspoons of "Grow Big" added and mixed into the water pot. Do they look normal for a 4 week old plant?

Topping very bushy plants with low node distanceThis plant is very bushy already in this stage, is this normal?
I wanted to top them and ask about the timing, if its right or not, but it's getting hard to count the nodes and take photos , because there is so much in the way.

LST trim??Things are getting a bit cramped with my LST. Some fan leaves are buried under others or are on the ground. Should I trim some lower fan leaves to give it room to breathe? Or should I let it rock as long as they are not blocking any light?

Curly young leaves (help)I have a little problem with the plants in my indoor (70x79x160 with 4 airpots each of 12 litres) since 2 days ago are decayed, 3 days ago (Friday) I changed the lamp mars hydro ts600 (100w) for a more powerful mars hydro Fc300 (300w) I do not know if it is the change of format, the power of the knob I left it at half that is in theory 150 watts of its total capacity 300w and at a height of about 40 CM. The next day (Saturday) I saw that they were the same so I proceeded to leave it at 40 degrees of power and I gave them biofish fertilizer to see if it was a question of hydration but today Sunday I realize that they are still the same.
I don’t know if it’s the light intensity with the new lamp or that I over watered them 3 days ago on Thursday (I watered them with around 550ml of water per pot) and as I said before, when I saw them like that on Saturday I gave them biofish fertilizer, but nothing…
