LST trim??

Things are getting a bit cramped with my LST. Some fan leaves are buried under others or are on the ground. Should I trim some lower fan leaves to give it room to breathe? Or should I let it rock as long as they are not blocking any light?

Yea, go ahead and do some defoliation so the plant can breathe, it won't hurt it at all, just don't take too much off.

Defoliate the center or leave her alone?My girl is short and dense due to early manifolding and LST. The center is crowded and there's not much light penetration or air flow there, though I do have fans going. I'm tempted to defoliate some older leaves crowding the center. Don't want to stunt it, though. Thoughts?

Should I Defoliation some more of the bottom stuff before I seed all my girls to flower I know ill have to wait until they heal Defoliation of bottom suckers as they call em took stems and some fan leaves that where blocking light had to much fan leaves on canopy so I did this 4 days ago was wondering if I should still strip away more bottom stuff away? so I the plant can move more energy up top

Should I try to further defoliate in the middle and lower parts of the plants to let more light to all budding sites? The plants are extremely bushy and it is difficult to reach into the middle to remove leaves.
