LST trim??

Things are getting a bit cramped with my LST. Some fan leaves are buried under others or are on the ground. Should I trim some lower fan leaves to give it room to breathe? Or should I let it rock as long as they are not blocking any light?

Yea, go ahead and do some defoliation so the plant can breathe, it won't hurt it at all, just don't take too much off.

Is it a good idea to defoliate this monster a bit? Day 54/24F I've defoliated all three plants 3 times so far and the Northern Cheese Haze and 3BOG look great but the Stilton x 3BOG bx is an absolute monster and super bushy. Can I remove 1 leaf?I've got 2 bud sites that are covered by 1 leaf, I'm itching to take that one leaf away to expose those budsites as I can't bend it out of the way because the stem is still too short, will this shock the plan at a critical stage? Am I better waiting a few days?
