LOL. mate. Defoliation is key growing indoors. 23 says into flowering. As all that energy that is used to trigger node growth in veg. And then before flowering if you flip all your energy is going to be used on leafs.. anyways have a read and have a look at my alien moonrocks.. and my previous fems I didn't defol before pre flower (pop corns) but dense and the way this new grow is looking WAY better at such a much earlier stage.

i not would defoliate it, she looks ok for me with this leaves. if you want improve airflow, maybe just pull and tie little bit the side branches.

Whiteybulger1814 gets my vote here... and to those who say "never defoliate," all I can say is "rubbish" ... the plant world is FULL of examples of when defoliation and/or pruning is essential to good production - if you never prune an apple tree, for example, you will never get a good crop.

I NEVER defoliate! Just remember........less leaves = less energy production = less growth............yes, it is that simple!

Hi there At the stage you’re at you dont need to remove alot due to the size of the plant.. Just remove leaves that are covering lower bud sites to allow light to lower parts of the plant, and/or any leaves that are restricting airflow 👍 Best of luck 🌱

If you're going to do any defoliation at this point or prior to flip, do a light defoliation for major offenders and really concentrate on heavy defoliation early into to veg up to day 21...

I would leave everything as it is until about the last week of flower and then start to defoliate each week until day 21 of flower and after day 21 there isn't much benefit and you shouldn't stress the plants while they're in heavy bud do to recuperating times after defoliation...Right now they're using the leaves to get bigger and law roots as best as possible, you could do Low Stress training to open up the plant and get more air movement and light into the canopy...Also if you plan to lollipop I would follow the same kinds of time line as the defoliation, if you have any question feel free to hit me up via pm

Hey pal 100% trim fan leafs. During veg you can do this, as instead of using the energy to grow big ass leafs its moved to the node or bid site if you want to make for big long fat colas have a read of this. Will take about 10mins and will transform your grow. https://www.growweedeasy.com/nebulas-flowering-stage-defoliation-tutorial Basically just leave 2 fan leafs at the top of each node just as you do the flip for flowering. Its the 1st link when it opens on your browser. Good luck pal.
