Noo thrips:(

If your ordering predatory mites to kill em just give the plant a quick wash in soap and water and rinse them off well. The soak will kill off some of the adults and when their kids hatch the mites can help control them. The soap will not leave any long lasting effects on the plant that will harm the mites. It does look like thrip damage in some of the pictures, but the first pic is weird, it looks like is taken from the underside of the leaf and thrips almost always stay on top of the leaves. but if you confirmed they are thrips then just try and kill off any many before the mites arrive and don't use anything that has lasting effects on the plants so it won't harm the predators.
