I found some of the seeds left brownish stains on the paper towel yesterday. So I replaced the paper towel, but 12 hours later, the stains were there again. Is this a bad thing? One seed is on the 19th day, another is on the 14th and the rest is on the 7th. None has popped.

The spots is likely the seed rotting. They are likely no good anymore. I give seeds a week, if I don't see any sign of life then I call it. You may need to try a different form of germination. I tried the seeds in towel when I first started. I had horrible results. Similar to what you got. Then I switched to a glass of water for 24 hours in grow space under light for warmth, but with seed in dark covered cup. Then once I see a tap root start I carefully drop it into rockwool or substrate. I proceed to dome, and keep moist. I usually have sprouts in 2 to 5 days.

I’m sorry I think it’s time to discard them

Brown spots are OK, and normal. As long as the tap root shows itself you have no problems.

I will tell you to germinate a seed in water and maintain a 50-50 balance of oxygen and water, ensuring the seed floats on the surface. If it sinks, try placing it in a tissue, me personally if the seed sinks I discard it but it rarely happens btw forgot to say to keep it in a dark place and with clean water the one you are drinking 🍻🍻

Lamento que no hayan germinado. Me paso lo mismo en una semana donde tenía altas temperaturas. Desde ese día decidí germinar las semanas donde las temperaturas osilen entre 20⁰. Suerte para la próxima

I agree with with the other poeples answers. sad day. I like the soaking seed for 12hrs then burying it "no more then 2 inches deep" in the medium. I always water or sprinkle in some sort of soil microbe to help combat dampening off. Its a good thing. "Martha Stewart" Good Luck!

This is a lot of anxiety for just the germination… Growing Cannabis is cool you know. Just check out my diaries. In germination, the rule of thumb is to pop more seeds than expected to sprout, always !

A week in napkin is more than enough for 99% of seeds.you see no tap root - bin it and start all over. Putting seeds directly into medium can prolong sprout, but still 10 days max, no action - you restart. Had one seed wake uped on day 14 directly in soil, but thats only case, most are breaking soil by day 3-8 since seed touches soil. Make sure napkin always moist, put it into zip bag, away from any light, roots hate light, BUT with constant +25 Celsius temp. People use even heating matts. Restart and hipe all goes well !

Curious.... what is the harvest date on your awesome pack? I had 2x 7 packs with dates almost 2 years old and only had none successfully germinate. Always check for freshness.

Sorry to be bearer of bad news but 19 and 14 day old ones are never gonna sprout. The 7 day old one chance is at about 1%. Contact sweet seeds about poor germination. You should see seeds split open in first 24-48 hours almost every time.
