Take a dark piece of paper into the garden and knock the onion tops against it; if thrips are present, you will spot their tan-colored bodies on the paper. A couple of treatments with insecticidal soap kill them Shaking branches to remove the thrips and catching them on a cloth underneath is one easy way to quickly remove the thrips from your plants try using yellow or blue sticky traps. 🍻🍻🍻

first pic looks like start of wpm colony. spots can happen. so look for bugs. use a scope. they will be present. also, it'll progress faster each day. bugs multiply quickly.

On picture 2 of 3 it’s definitely Thrips. You can see lil tiny black poo near the feedings marks.

More like first signs of WPM . Look at bottom of leaf, you see any movement - bugs, use camera zoom, even blind like me spots everything.
