Different light for flowering stage?

Second time grower and first time blogger. Have yet to post yet but i'm getting prepared before receiving seeds in a couple of days. My question is, is it advisable to get a different watt light 4 the flowering stage? I have a Mars Hydro 300W light and a Q60 Homebox Ambient tent.

Most growers use the same light for veg and flower, No need to switch.

Changing lights for auto flowerAt the beginning the light schedule was 18/6 after 2 weeks I changed it to 24hrs because the light was too weak (10w) I now got different stronger lights (600w)(finally arrived) With the stronger lights can I change it back to 18/6 ? It's autoflower.🤔🤔Week 3

Grow lamp setting veg or bloom or both?For my grow lamp settings this early on should I be using the VEG And Bloom spectrums simultaneously? Or just leave in Veg? Since these are Autos I wasn't sure if switching the spectrums was as important as maximizing light.

Can rotating my 12 hour cycle back a few hours over the course of 3 nights harm my plant mid flower?If i were to manually flip my lights on and off an hour early for 3 nights to adjust my 12/12 from 9am-9pm to 6am-6pm would it be detrimental to the plants?
