Is this consequence of thirp?

I know I have thirps and today I cleared the canopies but I've seen those weird fans that look deformed or dehidrated in some of the plants. I also seen little white holes in some leaf.

The holes are the bugs. Looks like nutrition is too strong or you are not getting proper run off at feeding. You should make a neemboil mixture and just treat all the plants for a week. Then that is one less issue. Can easily do it with no flowers yet to worry about. Neem oil water and dish soap. Soak plants all over. Let them sit a half hour then rinse off and return to grow area in dark. Repeat this every 2 to 3 days for a week. So 3 good treatments, and your bugs will be gone. Soak everything good. Buy the mix or look up how to mix the mix. It works pretty well. This is how I treat when critters find their way in.

Too much nutrients and/or a soil too wet. Get rig of the bluemat: they're great for watering ornamental plants when you go on holiday, but very tricky to setup with cannabis (I tried). With soil, manual watering by flooding is the most effective method and also the most instructive when you're a beginner, as it teaches you when the soil is dry enough to water. Also, when you prune your plants, the soil should be half dry to limit this type of problem. Flush your plant, it will help you get rid of accumulated residue and thrips larvea. You can use neem oil and soap as suggested by Roberts (or ready to use "water-solube" mix) to spray the soil surface and also the big leaves as flowering has not yet begun. Cover your eyes and respiratory system when using it, and use a dedicated sprayer.
