Help identifiying insect

Hello growmies, does anyone know what kind of insect this is? if so, whats the remedy? I'm seeing a few of them on my plants... every day a few more these are the best pictures I could make, gotta zoom abit :D

Get some wind blowing around on those plants. Raise your humidity and drop your temps if you can. Make the environment hostile to them. Then fog every 3 days with Pyrethrin based fogger. Fog at lights out and make sure the exhaust fan is off for at least an hour after you've fogged the area. Every 3 days for 2 weeks and you'll kill them all and their eggs that have hatched.

Thrips. They like to stay in the veins of the leaves. yellow and then turn black later in life.

Looks like a larva more than an insect the only elongated insect I have come across like that is a thrip but thrips can jump and fly. They are lot easier to get rid of then those immortal fungus gnats if that is the case. I used Sevin or Neem oil to get rid of them and a lot of other pest https://www.almanac.com/pest/thrips
