Don't deprive plants of nutes. Do change the rez. Clean it. -- if not normal biofilm caused by your product. you shouldn't need extra products to have good results. Somethign to control potential bacterial growth is useful - can go sanitary route or bacterial route but don't cross streams with those products.. one or the other, not both. 100% soluble / 100% plant available / ph-balanced and buffered => good quality hydro fertilizer. If any of these things are not met, change brands. When they start over-promising amazing things, you know something is bullshit. I don't know what hydro growth and root coplex are, but if enzomes or blah blah that makes amazing things happen above and beyondn reality, they probably don't do much in reality. For any such product you should have a good baseline understanding of your results, then try "1" and see if you can measure a difference. if you cannot, it is probably over-priced magic. From Hydro growth description: "The vitamins and amino acids in Hydro Growth help to quickly form a healthy microfilm on the substrate." -- this could be what you are seeing and perfectly normal. " 3-2-4" is too high in N and too low in P at 1.5EC concentration, anyway. I only foresee constant issues with this product.. some plants will be fine, but others will have issues, and this will happen more than necessary compared to other ratios of nutes and concentrations given. root complex is your micro nutes and enzymes. Not enough info to really know what it is on main product page, which is as far as i am going. "Boosters" are typically unverified promises sold at high prices. If this contains your ca/mg/s then it is necessary. No info on Ca/Mg/S content on either of these... pretty much half-assed info given on their own web page which is a red flag. But heavy on generalized comments with no reasoning given as to why or how it is true. LOL. Love marketing people.. they are terrible. The more they let the customer fill in the blanks the better off their sales are. So, the biofilm that you are seeing, if that is what it is, could be normal. if you don't see accompanying issues with plant, probably okay.

Grab yourself a bottle of Hygrozyme, or Sensizyme, or some other root eating enzyme formula that will go in and clean up all your root issues. Or get food grade 35% h2o2 and mix it in a ratio specific for treating root rot . I don't recall off hand but just google it you'll find a appropriate mix ratio to treat the issue.

The leaves are green but are slowly starting to droop.

Personally, I would immediately dump res and just use the hydro growth for now. Make sure res solution isn’t getting to warm also. Want that somewhere between 60-70 F if memory serves me. But you’re getting dangerously warm above 75

I’d contact the company directly. I’ve done plenty of hydro and never seen something quite like that, they appear to be a smaller company they’ll likely get back to you quickly.
