Male/herm, no question about it. Separate them from females immediately or you'r going to have a few more problems.

No 2 white hairs sticking out? Male reproduction organ. Also, see how you have 2 at a preflower location? that won't happen with a calyx - symmetrical growth will have 1 on each side of a growth node, but you won't get a cluster in any 1 of those locations. The male bits will form a cluster at growth nodes. These are not nanners. These are pollen sacs. This is the type of "herm" you throw out. One of those opens and can pollinate 100s if not 1000s of seeds. A lone nanner (anther) does not have a full compliment of anatomy and does not produce a tone of pollen like a sac can. It is worth it to pluck nanners, but not a pollen sac issue. If only growing in very few and select locations, you can try to remove and observe for more.. if no more grow that's great.. but unlikely. I would not risk the whole garden for this plant. A good reason to double check for any light leaks (photoperiods only) or other environmental stresses that may be occuring... eliminate those possibilities and you can feel more confident blaming bad genetics.

Hermie. If have more plants, those go out asap. Otherwise chop all male flowers around plants and push. Recheck daily, some will be in buds, so seeds unavoidable, but you still can smoke it or do bubble hash
