Trichomes are what dictates harvest. Inspect them with a 30 to 60x magnifying glass. You want mostly cloudy with a few ambers and a few clear. Did you flush for 2 weeks? I hope so otherwise your smoke is gonna suck asshole.

Buds are ready to harvest when they white hairs went brown and curled in.
Wait a week for better quality.
Should some amber trichomes come too.
Nice pumped buds, seems heavy, worth to wait.

I dont understand, this is happening only on one bud site and all other buds are looking good. And I think its too soon for trychomes to become yellow or brown.
The light is about 45 cm high.
