that girl should have solid flowers and start to bud slowly, your light sheduele is wrong or you have major light leak.

its not week 4 of flower, more like day 7 ;) still dont see why she should.

Your friend is growing very nice girl ;) He will still have to work with running shoots, maybe install one more level of scrog. I try to use scrog first time after almost 7 years, plants recover to any training, done in morning, day or evening... no difference.
