If you have Alg-a-mic from BioBizz, water your ladies with just Alg-a-mic for 1½ to 2 weeks; that will reduce the stress a bit. Otherwise, just water with a pH of 6.5 for now. For Grow, Acti-Vera, and BioHeaven during the veg phase, use 2ml per liter each. And water the plants with about 10% of the pot volume. So for a 12L pot, that would be 1.2L. It's enough to fertilize once a week with 100% or twice a week with 50-75%. Just follow the fertilization schedule from BioBizz. If you want to add CalMag regularly, it's enough to fertilize with 0.2-0.3ml per liter once a week. Or every 4 weeks with 0.8ml according to the schedule. I can recommend 0.2-0.3ml per liter once a week. When watering with 10% of the pot volume, you should water about 3 times a week. Feel free to lift the pots a bit and check if they need water. The second level on the SanLight is also fine. I would keep a distance of about 45-50 cm during vegetation and only switch to level 3 for the first 3 weeks of flowering, then switch to level 4 in the 4th week of flowering and reduce the lamp distance to about 35-40 cm during flowering.

This looks like chloramine/chloride issue too me. Look up your waterdistributors watercomposition. If its chloramine you need too buy some tools but if its chloride you can let it evaporate by letting your water sit in an open container for 24 hours

I have a Sunlight LED and set it to level 2. 18 hours daily. The temperature is in the normal range and the pH of the water is 6-6.5. I always add CalMag separately. About 5-10 ml. I water every 2-3 days.
