I've seen this before and did not think anything about it. I did note that it was only on one or two nodes, not all of them and when it started growing more it was back to normal. I would not focus in on it to much, I bet the plants going to do just fine. Much like common leaf mutations when plants are small, they grow out of them ....[][][].... Good Luck!
