A question about 3 hours ago I started germinating two seeds in a taper with napkins and I made the decision to want to keep them for longer those 3 hours will affect the seeds when using them in a few months?

once you start to germinate in wet conditions for longer then a few in you can not go back. The water breaches the seed case activating enzymes that start the process. If you just dunked in water you can dry the seed off and let it air dry for a day and it might be ok. Chances are they need to be grown and there is no pushing that time frame back, but you can try. Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h
If I continue to interpolate this, I ill end up at approx. 65%
