Second time round and I've never used nutes. Seriously considering it, interesting to see how much it bumps the harvest weight. Any recommendations??

Unless you are using a super soil ( recipes on google ) your soil will run out of nutrients before the end of flowering if you are growing without extra nutrients so you should use some. If you want to keep it simple you can use organic powders to improve your soil like Greenhouse Feeding organic or Mr B's Green trees or even Bio tabs ( I hate the Bio tabs ). You will have not have to feed each time , just one time in veg and one in flowering

Of course you should it’ll be the deal breaker between maximizing your yields vice having smaller buds and very little yields... the choice is yours.. you need to first identify the type of nutrients you want to use, in example, organic vs synthetic, bottled or dry amendments etc... good rule of thumb which ever route you decide is to start light on the feeding and slowly increase the the feeding schedule of the product you are using 🤛 Best of luck

I started with only NPK (2 bottle) => some strain taste awful without flowering and terpene boost Then added flowering and terpene boost ( + 1 bottle) => totally change taste for some strain, and tend to make other sweeter and smoother Then added comfort, whole health additives ( + 3 bottle). => does what it's say as well, overall health better, strains sensitive to specific micro-nutrient need especially appreciate. over two year and a few grow cycles, some strains have grown with and without, definitely worth it.

What kind of soil are you using? I do suggest you to get light on nutes, the market force us to use it every day... You may get dolomite, that contains calcium and magnesium, it's easy to find around. (care about ph), and molasses, this is great for the roots, and flowers!! And remember that less is more.
