Harley Smith Says that 48 hours of darkness is not effective to stress the plants and create more resin production. He says 48 to 72 hours of light is more beneficial because they will photosynthesize whereas total darkness the plants have no light energy to do anything. I'm not sure if you are attempting to stress your plants or what. Your question is confusing to me. If Harley Smith says so, you can take that to the bank as facts.

1 of three answers is right. Think one of them misread the question and answering whether you should give extended dark period before harvest, which is definitely a myth, but not what the question is asking, here. If it's in flower, the only thing you have to avoid is giving it less than 10+ hours of uninterrupted darkness. (12h is safe, stick to that as there is potential variance between plants). It's not a good thing to do, but if it has to be done, you should be fine. If you interrupte the dark period or don't give a long enough duration of darkness, you risk a re-vege, which would be far worse than any negative from missing 1 light cycle.

Yes, take it out at the beginning of the dark, keep it in the dark, then place it in the other tent at the beginning of the other tents dark cycle. An extra long dark period will not affect your plant too much, but an extra long light period during mid flowering will. Viel gluck!

Why would be you do that I'd just be careful when putting it back under light. Make sure it starts a lower than % than you'll get to if you're using a high %..
