I have a local hydro shop that tests for . The test shows moisture content and (another moisture data). If this is an option, I would get it tested. Your RH is low. 5% makes a difference with air quality. I dried at 60/60 and upped to 65/60 (pro grower recommended) in 8 days I was a bit dry. It’s entirely possible you may have over dried. The curing process does bring back more aroma, so you may be ok with a little time. Also a novice here, in your shoes, I would trim a branch here based on hay smell. into a jar or bag, put a temp/rh meter in there and see what rh you have. Trim the rest based on what you have? Good luck, pics look great for first. Congrats.

I havent put my 10 cents in right you need to dry in complete darkness. the hay smell can be normal sometimes. Though I have never had this only when I was first growing I cropped plants too early and it smelt like hay. it can happen in drying sometimes but the taste and smell will come back while curing if its just a trait of the strain. thouigh this is rare in my experience I dry in a completely different way to most growers. the thing with dryin is humidity and temperture keep those in check and you should be okay air flow can be important but smaller the better.

Are you using an extraction fan? if so, turn it off it will dry your stuff out too quickly. You want a minimum of 7 days to dry, and thats not really dry, thats just the outter bud. The inner bud is still moist and when you bag it thats the humidity that will bring you to the 62%. If you bag it and your hygrometer shows 72% humidity, then open the bag for an hour, then close it up and let humidity stabilize. Repeat the process till you reach 62%. Then let the curing process begin. I recommend using Grove Bags rather than jars that you have to burp daily at first. Grove Bags protect from UV light, are made of a material that will allow the gassed of chlorophyll to pass through and will also maintain the correct humidity. In Canada they are about 12 bucks for a 1 lb bag. They are reusable. 😉

But you asked this before and all people gave you right answers. Your conditions won't get any better. Just keep on drying it slowly like you do. Smell and taste will be better after curing it which happens after drying.
