As already correctly noted, your lady has an N-tox. Just give pure water for the next few times and watch it get better.

it looks overly lush (too dark) and the new growth has chlorosis. I'd wager more than 1 thing in your fertilizer is too high.. too much n/mg could make it look really dark and too much p or k can cause thin blades and chlorosis on new growth. the twisting could be correlated with a trace element issue, but if so more likely domething off with pH or locked out due to too much of some other nutrient molecule. Diagnosing is never 1:1 .. you need to eliminate possibilities.. keeping notes and tracking what you have done goes a long way to help.
