That trim job might stress them and you might see some stunted growth. Or they might explode with growth. Autos are funny that way and can be unpredictable. I've had autos grow as big as my photoperiod plants and I've had autos do nothing more than a single small stem. Either way, you've already trimmed, so you'll have to see how they respond. If they don't respond well, you'll know better for next time. If they explode with growth, then you will know that for the next time, too! Good luck!
