That's totally relative... If you put a riser to make the roots prune themselves that would stop the root growing outside the pot and make it focus on the inside, making a denser rootball, but letting it grow outside is a good option if you manage that. OR by putting more soil as suggested, or by putting perlite under the pot, so they grow kind of hydroponically, and you may water from below sometimes, and they will get air from the pot, and water from below. I suggest you searching for "octapot" so you understand the idea. Also doing nothing is always a great idea, the plant will adapt somehow. Btw, great roots for week 3.

Looks good for 3 weeks. They don't look like 5 gallon pots me.? It could benefit the plant from moving into bigger pots, if these are fabric containers, you can put them straight into soil in a bigger pot, no problem and the roots will grow through.... 🌱👍

You should not have the pot sitting on a flat surface. The roots would normally be air-pruned from the cloth pot, but since you set it on a flat surface, it was able to grow through the pot. You should get a plant riser to allow runoff water to drain through the bottom of the pot. Otherwise, looking good!!!
