Cannabis is a remarkably tough and resilient plant and not the delicate and demanding plant that some people make it out to be.

Yeah bro, I didn’t even loosen roots for a long time.. It’s not critical - I think it just expedites the process of recovery slightly. The roots will always try to expand out and reach for fresh soil and moisture. You’re good!
