Ph should be fine at 6.5.check the pH of your soil too. Some could be very alkaline and cannabis prefers acidic soil.
Your humidity is far too low, the reasons the leaves are clawing up is because they are looking to trap moisture, you can cover them with a plastic dome and spray inside. Make sure you look under the leaves sometimes this can mean little insects are attacking. Are you hitting the leaves when you're watering, light can magnify this and make these marks. Your 1st week 1st picture is showing that you may use a hps bulb as the picture is orange whith "dark stripes" which is typical from hps which makes me think that you low humidity is due to that.

Ciao, I read your pH is 6.5 maybe you could try to correct it to 6.0/6.2 I think your leaves could have get that colour for this reason, about your leaves pointing down you're giving too much water or maybe your humidity is too low, I'm a newbie this is just what I think, I'm sure someone else will be able to understand what's going on better than me maybe, good luck with your grow amico :)
