For sure , Most autoflowers you can nearly treat like a Photoperiod. If plant is growing virgor, you can perform, LST, HST and Supercropping to tcreate an even canopy. But you have to start early to get them Tamed. If single Peaks of the Plant are above the other Tops, just go with supercropping and using your SCROG.. SCROG nets are a great way to expose the most Possible Budsites. You have to train the plant under the SCROG Before and while showing Budsites. In the commnts i let you a lik to a tutorial

Yeah it is definitely possible. With your setup looks like a little supercropping is your best option. You can take any branch that is trying to take off and gently roll the stem in between your fingers to soften it and make a 90 degree bend. You can use your scrog to support it for a couple days until it heals. Just keep doing this with any branch that shoots up and when the stretch is over you will have a nice even canopy of buds.
