Lollipopping question

Hi everyone. I wanted to know if I can start the lollipopping technique on my plant. But above all, what are the branches to be cut? Is there a guide or someone who can help me?

I would top it and do some LST (light stress training). I generally will lollipop my plants around the 3rd week of flower and what I do is take all my lower flower sites off the branches eliminating the popcorn nugs to allow all the plants energy to be focused on the top main colas. Happy Growing
