I think you might be looking at the trichomes on the sugar leaves instead of the buds. Those flowers look like they might still have a ways to go. Sugar leaves cloud up well before the buds do.

New buds, keeping or removing?What about the new little buds in the lower part. I can't imagine they'll grow big. How to know whether my weed is free from Mycotoxins?Is there any way to know whether my weed has fusarium in it? Two plants of the same bed were chopped because of this disease but the last seemed to make it.At harvest I checked the stems, I found nothing but caterpillars.
