After which node do you top your Autoflowers?

This is just out of curiosity. When do you top your Autoflowers? After which node? I did from the 3rd and 4th and the 5th so far and found the 4th to be perfect for my tent's size. Cheers.

When, if and where to top depends in the Plant. if you have a vigor growing plant anytime between day 10-21...…… and how often to top depends in the growth too.
So you see you Plans depend in the Plant. Autoflowers of the new Generation are growing mostly very vigor and can be treateed like a Photoperiod. Some growers do mainlingn on them. Just Mention if you do alot of Training it may delay here Flower ( but dont hurt her at all)

I was under the impression that you shouldn’t top autos. I accidentally topped my smoothie at 4th node while doing “LST” (woops)
Based on my limited experience, 4 seems to work the best. I would imagine it all depends on your grow space, strain, and expectations which is best.

I top above the 2nd node around day 10 or so and that gives me 4 main branches to manipulate. That is what I like, but this is one of those questions that you will get 49 different answers from 50 people. I have kinda developed, and still working on the training style I like that works for me.

He visto un vídeo donde hablan de defoliación y poda de bajo luego de pasar las plantas a 12/12, he leido que una vez se coloca las plantas a florecer nono debería; ahora mismo tengo unas plantas que llevan 5 días que las pase a 12/12 y tengo debajo de la malla unas ramas que no llevan luz y en la parte de arriba unas hojas muy grandes que paran el paso de la luz, puedo defoliar y hacer poda de bajos al 7mo dia?

Topped the same way with 2 different results?? First time growerI tried to top 2 plants in the same way but one main shoot stopped growing, but the other had two new growths come right out of the old stem, as well as 2 bushier side stems.
I am just wondering what I did differently and if both plants should work out fine.

3 weeks in. Fan leaves the size of my hand. Topped today. How long until 2nd topping?Directly planted seeds in organic living soil. These plants are vigorously growing, topped today. By the way things are going I believe that the recovery time will be very short.
