This light is way to small// tiny // weak for your closed. I recommend you either a spiderfarmer SF 2000 or a Mars hydo TS-1000 or bigger. These new generation Quantumboards have a great quality Light with abroad spectrum. No fans no lilac/ blurple light. Those light you showed us is good for your seedlings until week 3

If you already have that light, then yes it will grow plants but it won't give you the best out of your wattage. Quantum boards are where its at as far as lighting. I am using 240w 3000k +660nm board kits from China and they are blowing away any other lights I have used. Buds are plump and dense! They cost about $150 shipped to the US. You would have a hard time finding a better deal out there at the moment.

Unfortunately not. Sorry. It will work but don't expect much from it. If you already bought it you would use it ideally with only one plant to get most out of it. If not, don't buy it.
