Harvest-ready? Also Hermie? Naners?

Trying to determine if I'm ready for harvest based in this cheap Microlens I got. There are two strands here. I'm so new. Also another commentor mentioned one plant may have hermie growth? Anything I can do to still save them? Help please.

lol may have.. it's crowned with a pollen sac that's already opened and half dead. i.e. it released its pollen long ago.
just in case this isn't a joke
one looks more ripe than the other. Both have a lot of time left. Trichomes on calyxes matter, ignore the trichomes on leaves. If it's heavily pollinated, you won't like the results.

How do you harvest in hydro (drip system with a tank) when some are late ?Half of the plants are late (chlorosis, iron toxicity, nitrogen overfd) on a scrog net. As individual flush is impossible, I guess I have no choice than having different batches of ambered trichomes ! And I thought about different strains next time, sweet dreams...

62%rH in jars, stop burping? One week into cure... Can I seal and forget for a while?Once your buds reach 62% rH in the jar, can you stop burping? All my jars are reading within the cure zone, 3 for a week now. I have been rolling the jars and opening them a few times daily.
