OK guys I'm thinking about doing my first grow. I've got glue gelato auto and auto nova og. I want some more information on nutes and feeding schedule. I will be using canna coco as medium in 20l pots. I'm leaning on going with Advanced nutrition brand. All advice appreciated

If this is your first time, keep it as simple as possible. First thing is to get started using an all in one feed or a 2 part that will take you all the way through to harvest...Like Dual fuel from Green Planet. While you have a plant growing, spend that time to research what the NPK ratios mean to certain stages of the plants life cycle. Learn why there are veg formulas and why there are flower formulas. All the while growing with the all in one food or easy 2 part. A lot of stuff you have to see it for yourself before it sinks in, so it's vital to have a plant going all the time as you learn. Don't set your expectations too high and try not to fill your head with anything that isn't useful...like defoliating. I binned a few plants before I got to a harvest and cure. Which is the complete opposite way to what I just explained lol

I'm currently growing using the advanced nutrients line. I'm growing in soil, started with advance nutrients sensi grow A&B, Superthrive, and Azos all for root growth. When I switched to flower I am using advanced nutrients sensi bloom A&B, Humboldts own crystals, and will finish with advance nutrients overdrive, and advance nutrients flawless finish. I highly recommend buying eveything off Amazon. At the hydro store this stuff is highly overpriced. Hit me up if you have any questions or if you need any help. Cheers!-G.I.JOSE

Not a huge fan of the Advanced Line although I use it myself I find it a bit Supplement heavy and after a certain point all that product must be redundant. Green Planet is what I'm trying next.. Honestly it's just a personal preference.. It's kind of like a coke vs pepsi sort of deal. They all have the required stuff your plant needs... Some are more all arounds and some are geared more towards Cannabis. If you use the AN line start simple use the Base line(ph perfect, Sensi) with Big Bud and Bud Candy. Using all their products is a Balancing act trust me, so I'd be wary about getting all their product and using them willy nilly. Ie. I didn't have nitogren Toxicity until I started using all their stuff (b-52,Nirvana, Big Bud, Bud Ignitor and Overdrive) at their "recommended levels".

you'll have to feed each watering with coco medium for a healthy and efficient grow. I would advise to go with canna nutes like a base one (their COCO A B stuff ,containing NPK) , some enzymes , calcium&magnesium(which is critical for coco growing) , ph down , maybe a PK Booster and a root stimulator which are optional. Many manufacturers make all of these. For AN, they have that stuff as well. Up to you choosing the brand but I heard Canna is a good one. I myself using Plagron nutrients for my coco grows and happy with them. You'll probably need the smallest bottles of those for 2 auto plants.go easy with nutes by the way, half of what it says on the bottle at most.

If you decide to use the AN product line, I would highly recommend checking out their pH perfect product line. Makes your grows a breeze...I only check pH when watering no need to check during feedings.
