It may recover or may not. Worst case (or best) you'll have a topping cola.

I snap and tape up on at least 1 plant a grow, you'd be surprised how well they recover, if the taped part didn't take then it will look dead after 24 hr. That reminds me I need more surgical tape as I have run out.

24-48 hours it'll be stronger than before. If the leaves didn't wilt, pretty much ensures it is fine. Even if the leaves are droopy the first 24h, it's probably fine. if after 2 days it's not healing / fusing back together, then you should worry. More times than not it will be fine. do take the tape off when it heals - gently of course. You don't want that restricting growth in near future.

Keep an eye on it. There is not much more you can do for it unfortunately, besides keep it supported and as still as possible. The leaves will droop very quickly if you have completely snapped it, so if they stay like they are in the picture, it should be fine.

It's gonna be fine, dont worry. Just let it be for a few days and this will be one of your biggest producers ;)

Yes, you can tape or even use super glue on the outside as you would putting super glue on a cut you had on your hand or arm. I'm sure karens will be sceeching, but yes, you can fix them and they will heal over. The stress has already happened, so why not try to see if she can patch up.

It will probably heal in time. Or you can dive into the world of topping and remove it. Really no right or wrong way on how to move forward. Do what feels right for you.
