well, if you add amendments containing 'more' fertilizer, yes you need to adjust your fertilizer to that change. This stuff is somewhat unknown as to exact contents they contain, so it comes down to trial and error and a prayer that the stuff you use is fairly consistent in what it contains so that you can adjust to it in a consistent way.

Stick to what is recommended worm castings are 2-0-0. They have beneficial bacteria to help break down organic matter. This helps release nutrients in a form that plants can readily absorb.

as 010101010101110101010100101 says, if you don't know what you're adding in the worm castings, how do you know what feed to lower in the other nutrients? It might completely replace some things while you'd still need to add others. My 2c would be if you go the worm castings route, then get compost and source your own inputs if you are in an area where it's possible.

I found even 20% is almost verge of needed. no feed for first 3-4 weeks, but i grew in big pots of soil and All-Mix, same Biobizz. Was always adding 1 cm top up during first week of flower. So , YES, i would reduce and/or start way later, than manufacturers info says about that line, BUT organic fertiliser works kind of slow, so plan a week upfront.
