quantum board? 20-24" or the edges/corners will suffer. Quantum boards have a tighter spacing of diodes and need a slightly higher hanging distance than a light with strips/bars.
You can download a klux app or a faux-DLI app (both measure lux/lumens and nothing else) and use that to adjust your height. Don't sacrifice overall intensity, but try your best to even out the edges and corners. you don't want less than half the intensity when comparing central areas to outer areas. I'd raise it up a couple inches if thatis the case.
mars has starting lying through their teeth again on their light spec sheets (specifically the FC-series models all have trash specs now in regard to efficacy, which is what you pay for in a light). I don't have the same conifdence as others trusting them, lol. So, not so sure about their par maps anymore, but you could look at those and see which you prefer. Also, check out cocoforcannabis - they often give real world results for popular light models out there. They might have this one as it's been around for a while. they probably did all the work for you.
