One old school method of drying involves "sweating" your buds in a paper sack but they're already partially dried first. Maybe consider a cardboard box that you can spread it out in a thin layer in. You don't want buds stacked on top of each other when they're still wet. I suggested cardboard because it sounds like you're working with limited resources/space and it would also help wick moisture and it's easy to vent/burp. Obviously a drying rack would work better. Good luck. .

Very risky to put fresh bud in any small space. IMO if you don't have the space to complete the whole process properly, you're probably better off just buying flower. Good chance you end up smoking mold if you go this route.

if it's wet, the humidity is too high... after several days you might be able to use bags -- how open they are can control RH. Much simply to control the room's Temp/RH, imo. humidifiers are cheap, dehumidifiers are expensive.

You mean wet trimmed directly into the bag? Absolutely no this will go wrong! You might want to go to your local growshop/Hydrostore and get a bud drying rack. Test them regularly till they give you a crunchy feel when touching and stems are snapping. Turning your buds while drying lets your nugs stay in shape. After that you can put them in your paperbag for curing
