Pre-flower defoiliation

I flipped my lights to 12/12 about 4 days ago and I don't believe I done a well enough job on defoiliating.
The plants are healthy but the canopy looks a little crowded.
Can I defoiliate now or should I wait until the pre flower stretch is finish

Looks like you’ve done a good job so far. I would leave as is and then when they’ve finished stretching, maybe in around a week or so, give them another defoliation to get better light to the flowering sites. Good luck 💪

Depends. If you haven't done much up till now - I'd say your perfectly safe to give em a good defol, the immune response would even help kickstart pistil development. Now if you've been tough on them up till now, training etc, its good to give them a full week after the flip before doing anything else.
