To Defoliate, or not to Defoliate

Going into week 6 With this lady. She looks like she is doing good. But curious as an auto flower, if it were yours would you defoliate? I feel like there is not light getting to a lot of lower spots. I have read doing this to auto flowers can decrease yield?

Never grew an auto in my life so I cannot really comment on this but this plant looks very healthy to me looks like the canopy is as even as it can be. Looks like you have the airflow on point too. My personal preference this plant looks in optimum health. I wouldn't bother personally more leafs more energy for the buds in the later stages. Plus they are very indicators of overall plant health which can become very critical in the last few weeks to really boost what they have left.

Your plants look great. Their structure looks good, nice internodal spacing and not to leafy. I would do very selective defoliation to uncover any bud sites during the last two weeks of flower. I'm not big on defoliation as you can tell from my diaries. I believe the less stress the better. Peace and health

autoflowers are better not to stress, they have a certain period of life, it is better to rot them, tilt, stretch) well, in short, you understand)))
