Is my plant ready to harvest? First grow!

Q1: Is it ready to harvest? Most trichs on the buds are what I would say is milky, very little if any are amber. On the leaves next to buds though, quite few amber can be found, especially on bigger leaves and the main bud. Q2: Budwashing if my plant has thrips? Would it help?

I would say if plant is healthy another 2 weeks for full development of flowers needed. About 50% of trichomes are still quite clear.

1) It is not ready to harvest yet. You are getting close but it’s hard to tell because in your diary you have it posted as week 4 Veg. It’s looking like you are developing some amber trichomes. Keep checking every week and harvest when you see roughly 20% amber and 80% cloudy. 2) DO NOT SPRAY YOUR BUDS! Golden rule of flower is to NEVER SPRAY YOUR BUDS! Do not, do not, do not spray neem oil on your buds!!!!!!! I hope this helps.

DO NOT USE NEEM OIL ON YOUR BUDS!! Controversial topic, as in Canada where I’m from neem oil is banned for use in any crops intended for human consumption. So I’m 100% against the use of neem oil. I know lots of people on here use it and whatever that’s a choice they make. But just because you can use neem oil, doesn’t mean that you should. That’s my two cents on that. Do what you will with this information.

Neem oil in flower stage going to make your plant taste like neem, It's not pleasant.. Would only use it during veg, but you should have some on hand.

Don’t budwash! Buy a product called “Neem oil” it’s 100% the best thing you can do against trips! Trust me I’ve had big issues before with trips! It was a living hell until I found Neem oil 😃

Only look on buds! Don’t judge the plant if it’s mature in the thricomes on the leaves. Only buds. And don’t look on top cola. Look middle buds and do an overall conclusion when to harvest. Thricomes, pistills, color of buds and if the leaves are starting to fall off and dry out. I would give it maybe 20 more days then giving it 2 days total darkness then cut her of what I see on the pictures. Good luck my friend ☺️

Hey dude. not quite ready yet but shes getting close. You dont want to mind the color of the trichomes on the leaves too much. Only when most of the trichomes are milky on the bud themselves do you want to use that as an indication for harvest. They look about a week away from being done. most of the hairs are orange. a really goo sign is when the plants start to fae their color,if i have all three going on then i know for sure I'm in a good window for harvest. Good luck!
