No. So many places I read that you shouldn't mess with autos other than lst. But most of the auto growers here not only top their plants, but for the most part train them like any other, defoliation etc. I think if you went with a good 15-20% off the top it would be okay, if you're just letting air and light to you budsites and not removing so many leaves it cannot function, I see no harm. Happy growing. It's a beautiful canopy you've gotten. 💚🌱

You have to take alot into consderiation the number 1 thing is to treat her right the first 21-35 days do not stress her to much once u get her healthy from 28 days on to harvest u can cut bend break do wat ever u want to her but she has to be on point to do this u have to know how to time it its not about how much and where its all about WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT with the right lst your trimming should be at a min the last 14 days start stripping her complety down the last 3 days should have no leaves straight buds they will still swell the last 72 hours 👍👍

Most of the time no it's not bad, only when the plant is not healthy. On the other hand it does not mean it is necessarily good for them either. I'm still not convinced one way or the other be it for regular or auto strains.

Defo is a good idea.. Just be sure to let some fan leaves on, your plant need them.. Just remove the one who give shadow to budsites, a'd don't defo after the 3/4th week in flowering, because after that she will not create new ones, and give all her power making buds.. I hope i helped you !

No it’s not bad at all it’s good. But I think the time is important, now is a good time to stop let them develop the flower site where they will grow buds. Around 3 weeks of flower development (pilstils forming) then the swelling happens just before this stage I like to defoliate to open up all the bud sites. Let the leaves attached to the buds do all the work not the big fans far away👍🏼
