Those plants in the pictures look like they are still in their 1st week. If they truly are 4 weeks old, then something is wrong, I might be wrong, but it looks like very poor soil; rich soil is dark, black even, not brown, which shows soil mostly composed of clay, which is what most backyard soil is. At that rate you will be months before those plants go into flower and will yield pitifully. Get better soil and transplant them.
