Na man thats perfect.the more the better.just keep them around 48 inches away until your girls are 12 inches or so then lower it to around 30 inches until the bud.then wait about two weeks then lower to around. 18 inches away.the bigger the light means the more coverage you will have when you lower your lights to 18 inches

It's actually the opposite.. That light will not be enough for your tent(very poor actually coverage) and like @Shagrath mentioned older technology. You can use it in the mean time.. Hopefully you didn't pay a lot.

Hi mate! I found the manufacturer of this lamp and here are the details: https://szsaidi.en.alibaba.com/product/62075837454-806203303/1200W_LED_Grow_Light_Full_Spectrum_Grow_light_with_UV_IR_for_Greenhouse_Hydroponic_Indoor_Plants_Veg_and_Flower.html?spm=a2700.icbuShop.41413.20.246631a00UB9Wa True power is 500W so it might be powerful enough. I'm not sure about the quality of the leds and the amount of heat that his thing produces. This lamp is old tech so you might experience some heat problems but if you have good ventilation there should not be nothing to worry about. I had old 315W led in my tent with 200W from COB leds and I was struggling with the heat 'cos it was almost 30C.
