hi buddy 👋 nice grow 👍 personnaly i am not an adept of big defoliation with auto's....due to their specifics very short flo cycles each big leaves are potentially a tank for mobiles nutrients..... but a little lollipopping is strongly recommended to avoid that's littles pop corn's buds sucks energy to upper buds. another great solution could be the addition of 2 vertical bar with a flo spectrum to ensure a really better penetration of light by the side.....it is not a pricéy solution (even if it's a cost) but demands to find the good chinese stuff . hope this helps to your reflexion 👊 have a good grow

Yes and No Yes because some upper leaves are blocking light to the lower bud site so this is a lack of light repartition that can be corrected with a defoliation but we are not talking about stripping them down ,: justr removing a leaf or 2. No Because if you can apply a simple LST to help with the light repartition then no need to cut anything , just to move them but in you case it's looks like the tent is full and your space to bend the stems is limited

Hi @SirDillton Yes you should defoliate little by little so that the plants do not stress. I usually wait 5-7 and defoliate some more. Some larger leaves of the main branch and others in the middle and bottom of the plants for the light to penetrate better and more evenly and to create air circulation between the branches and foliage. good luck mate 👍
