That looks like too much nitrogen... your leaves are very dark green... take it easy with the nutrients. It's easier to fix a deficiency than to deal with over-fertilization.
I would not use any nutrients for the next 3-5 waterings, then it should get better...

She doesn't appear to be mature enough to be going into flower although I have seen people on here that will do that. Deficiency in some Micro nutrients will cause yellow malformed leaves as well as lack of Potassium and Phosphorus. We learn with each grow so don't forget to take notes. If she's an Auto it appears her conditions aren't up to par to grow vigorously. if it is a Photo I would have waited to switch the light schedule until I got her healthy enough to handle flower stage. Flower stage is where they become more temperamental and susceptible to issue in my experience.
