Hello. I'm in the third week of flowering with my royal gorilla plants, they're under a 600-watt HPS lamp. If I were to add an extra 400-watt lamp now, would that increase the yield or be a waste of energy? Regards, Gorilla

Extra light always helps. More light can make your buds denser and bring you a bigger yield, also more THC. The cost for another 400 watts for a months time is minimal. Lets say it cost an extra 40 bucks.....the extra light will more than pay for itself.

I would say it only makes sense if you add a CO2 system. However, this assumes that all parameters are 100% in the perfect range, since the high temperatures from the second lamp would not be bad with this system.
Before that, you should switch to Hydro or even better Aero. You also get better yields or do not need as much electricity as switching to a second lamp and CO2 system :-)

Man with you already running a 600 w light especially hps I wouldn’t waste the money in electricity if was you! Even if you do get a slightly bigger harvest if won’t amount for the extra usage and your 600w light is enough! 🙏

Grow lamp setting veg or bloom or both?For my grow lamp settings this early on should I be using the VEG And Bloom spectrums simultaneously? Or just leave in Veg? Since these are Autos I wasn't sure if switching the spectrums was as important as maximizing light.
