I have the same light as you, good choice!
Ppfd is photosynthetic photon flux density and basically means how much light is hitting your plant.
For seedlings you want to aim for a ppfd of about 320-350 and that is when light is about 60cm above the canopy.
For veg you want to start about 45cm and slowly lowering the light towards the plant - dropping down to about 35-40cm in flower.
Seedling ppfd - about 300-320
Veg ppfd (say around week 2-3) 450 slowpy increasing to 550 or 620 depending on whether you are running your lights for 18 or 20 hours respectively.
For autos, you want to aim for 18-20 hours of day withbthe light on and then 4 or 6 hours a day with the light off - if you are in a warm country then have your light turn off at 12:00 mid day and then come back on at 16:00 or 18;00 and this will keep your temperatures down in the hottest part of the day.
