Blooms not maturing into buds

hate to ask a potentially condescending question.. do you know what a photoperiod is? Sounds like you didn't switch to 12/12 or it's been outside and only recently switching to bloom based on length of night etc... unless it is an autoflower, number of days is irrelevant to entering flower phase. it goes into flower when it has a long enough, uninterrupted dark cycle (technically, 10+ hours, but 12h of darkness covers genetic variety)

Soon as flower initiates it goes through the process, counting down the stages, if the stage for fattening and bud growth have passed then it can't go back unless you were to flip back to beg and give it 4-6 weeks to recover before giving her another go. Given its a photoperiod.
