Water Problem ? or too small a pot? I need help

Hey guys i need youre help ... its my first grow on Day 22, its a Auto Guava in a 1,5L Pot.
I did overwater them in the past so im going light on the water maybe 150ml-200ml per day.
Today i wanted to give them water and saw this... maybe i need more water or switch into big pot?

Hi
I would say both apply. Drooping leaves indicate too much water, and a larger pot will definitely improve things. With our 19-liter pots, we give 1 liter every 2 days (at the beginning of the grow) just to keep the soil moist.

Light patches on leaves, from middle specificallyLight patches/spots on leaves, as pictured. Occurring on both plants :(( I've discovered what I think are fungal gnats today (not a huge infestation thank god haha), could it be a symptom of those? Or is this a known deficiency/burn?
