( wieder 12H - DLI z.b.30-40)

2nd picture has hairs I'd associate with the flowering being started. To have complete inhibition for 7 weeks is extreme. I've heard of other certain things that can delay flower but 7 weeks is beyond any minor overlooked detail. The clawed margins are Indicative of either overwatering or nitrogen, one or the other. Both will slow transition if problems occur. Excess nitrogen significantly delays flower transition by promoting lush, green leafy (vegetative) growth over reproductive (flowering) development, essentially telling the plant to keep growing leaves instead of flowers. This can cause delayed bloom initiation. But I'd expect much darker green if that was the case. Stress (above a level) can prevent or delay floral transition in plants. While the common view is that stress accelerates flowering as an "escape" mechanism to ensure seed production, the inhibition of flowering by stress is a well-documented phenomenon. severe stress can prevent or delay floral transition in cannabis plants, or even cause them to revert to the vegetative state or become hermaphroditic. 3 finger leaves are indicators stress has occurred pretty bad, arrested development While three-finger leaves can signal stress and potentially a temporary arrest in optimal development, the plant is not necessarily permanently "arrested." Addressing the underlying stressor usually allows the plant to recover and resume producing healthy, multi-fingered leaves. 15-30 min burst of far-red light (around 730 nm) at the beginning of the dark period can will "reset" a plant's night duration, making it perceive a longer night than actually occurred. On the flip side, interrupting the middle of the night with red light (any light thay contains red) converts Pr back to Pfr, which effectively "breaks" the night period, potentially delaying flowering and keeping plant in veg. Could even be as silly as a led light on display screen of one of your instruments. Maybe tent is not as sealed as one thinks, always hood to give her a check for light leaks. Goodluck with the grow dude. ✨️

Without a diary and information, no one can tell. At firs, you can't see much because the focus is bad, perhaps a whole plant would be beneficial, too. What you can see is that the plant has leaves with three fingers. This means that it was extremely stressed and did not feel comfortable. Would not mean much if you fixed the problem, so I would guess initial problem is ongoing. Flower ia visible. If it has been flowering for so long, it may take a longer flower time longer due to its condition when flipped (or shorter). 6W veg = completely rooted? From cut to flip? However, I would say nothing much to expect. If it is a giant bush go for some extract or bubble..
