Бро, SOG это несколько растений под одной сеткой или бывает вообще без сеток (но с одним набором методов регулировки высоты и объема растения), т.е. много растений и все одной высоты, все друг на друга похожи. А SCROG это одно растение под одной сеткой, формирующее плоскую вершину для более равномерного освещения всех веток растения. 👋 Удачи, бро! ✋

If she is your only plant you will have to do a SCROG because a SOG is multiple plants packed into a small growing area basically. Happy growing ✌️👊
